Delivery time
Most orders arrive in 4–9 business days within the United States. Every printed piece is made to order in the US before it ships, so that window includes a few days of making plus the trip to your door. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays happen, especially around the holidays.
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking.
Shipping costs
- Apparel and posters: $5 flat US shipping.
- The Night Apothecary throw: $13.99 US shipping.
The shipping cost is shown on each item and again at checkout. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Returns and replacements
Everything on our shelves is printed to order for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size that doesn't fit. Please check the size guide on each item before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.
- Email chris@thecarboncure.org within 30 days of delivery.
- Include the email address you ordered with and a clear photo of the problem.
Lost packages
If tracking stalls or your order never arrives, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll reship it or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address entered incorrectly, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.
TikTok Shop orders
Items bought through our TikTok Shop, including the All Hallows' consignment, are covered by TikTok Shop's own returns and refund process. Start a return from the order in the TikTok app.
